1. Acceptance

By accessing and browsing peb-americas.com (the "Site") you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, you must refrain from using the Site.

2. Site owner

The Site is operated by Pre-Engineered Buildings Corp, S.A., a corporation domiciled in Panamá City, registered with the Panamá Public Registry. Our brands are PEB, SmartBrix Construction, and NewCon Steel® (collectively "Pre-Engineered Buildings Corp").

3. Informational nature of the Site

Content published on the Site (articles, technical guides, pricing ranges, comparisons) is informational and educational. Prices, timelines, and specifications in the blog are indicative — each project receives a specific quote after technical evaluation. No content on the Site constitutes a binding commercial offer, nor does it substitute for individual professional advice from a licensed structural engineer.

4. Scope of services

Pre-Engineered Buildings Corp offers design, engineering, fabrication, and construction services for pre-engineered steel buildings and LGS/CFS structures. The actual delivery of services is governed exclusively by the written contracts signed on a case-by-case basis, which prevail over any information published on the Site.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, videos, logos, technical diagrams, code — is owned by Pre-Engineered Buildings Corp or used under license. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation without prior written authorization is prohibited, except:

• Temporary downloads for personal non-commercial use.
• Brief quotations with attribution to Pre-Engineered Buildings Corp and a link to the original source.
• Links to the Site from third-party sites (provided they do not imply endorsement or confusion).

The marks PEB, SmartBrix Construction®, and NewCon Steel® are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

This limitation does not apply to obligations under construction service contracts signed with us, which are governed by their own terms.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful and legitimate purposes. It is prohibited to:

• Attempt to access unauthorized areas or internal systems.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Perform automated web scraping beyond what our robots.txt permits.
• Use content to create competing derivative products without authorization.
• Impersonate others or provide false information in forms.
